Meet Dr. Christopher Nguyen, PT, DPT, BRM

Founder, Performance Based Physical Therapist

Chris graduated from the California State University - Fullerton with a B.S. in Kinesiology and from University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences shortly after for his Doctorates in Physical Therapy.

He has vast experiences with a wide patient population including; Orthopedics, Geriatrics, and Sports Performance.

He seeks to empower his patients through movement and help them not just return to their activity like before, but with surpassed limitations. By blending rehabilitation & strength and conditioning principles, Chris aims to solve the root cause.

Chris has been a competitive barbell athlete for over a decade, competing in Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, Swimming. Present day, his interests involve lifting, running, driving his car, and spending quality time with his Goldendoodle and wife.
